This is another vote for Oakside Inn.  The sushi has always been tasty and
fresh when I've eaten there, and the fish:dollar ratio just can't be beat
anywhere in the Pittsburgh area.  I've also received very good service the
vast majority of the time, and it's always been friendly.  I've been eating
there an average of about once a month since they opened over 4 years ago.

You do have to call ahead for sushi most of the time (or expect to wait a
while when you get there); they do a lot of take-out business and they're
convenient to both CMU and Pitt, so they're usually crowded.  Calling 
ahead has never been a problem for me, though.
