Ed,

We bought a VHS two years ago on the observation that VHS was gaining and
Beta was slipping in market share.  When we joined a local film rental club
we found out they only rented VHS.  We haven't used the club much recently
since we find it hard enough to keep up with the films we tape from TV but
do not have the time to watch when they are first aired.
