Does anyone know where to rent/borrow a PAL video cassette recorder and
monitor? They have one in Hunt Library, but it cannot be taken out. They
also rent one at the Bombay emporium, but they want an inconvenient $500
cash deposit (plus $25 for the rent, if you are interested).
