Yes, Audio-visual services in the basement of Hunt Library will do this (and
other conversions) for $10 an hour.  Rate may have gone up, but I know of no
place with a better rate.  They charge $6 for a blank tape, so bring your own.
From my experience: make sure the original is completely rewound when you
bring it in, and promptly check the converted tape.
