I have cable now, but I was extremely aggravated by Warner's behavior during
the whole process of getting it. The reason they don't want to mail out the
brochures is so they can send a salesman around to your house to high-pressure
you into buying. Even when the salesman comes to you house he is reluctant to
leave a brochure so you can study it and think about it ("Well, maybe I have
one or two out in my car"; of course he did). From the time you contact them
until a salesman comes to your house, you are merely a "sales lead" to be
given to a salesman, not a customer (This I gleaned from what the lady who
answered the phone said in response to the fact that I had not been contacted
by a salesman yet even though I had called Warner two weeks earlier). The
sales staff seems to operate semi-independently. Anyway, I will see if I can
dig up my copy of the brochure I got and photocopy it for you.

PS feel free to forward this to Bovik, for what good it will do (a monopoly
is a monopoly).
