Bob -

I have Warner Cable, and I do have the sales literature at home (I think).
They send a salesman out before they install, and he's the source of all the
brochures, etc., although it might be useful to have some foreknowledge,
because the salesman (or woman - it was a man in my case) does press you
for an immediate decision.  Let me know if you still want to see the
literature, and I'll try to dig it up for you.
