The Asian Center in Wilkensburgh has ripped off 2 people I know.
In one case, the customer was persuaded to buy a "newest model"
TV, and found out that the TV was made in 1981.  The owner refused
to refund.  In the other case, the customer bought a VCR with the
promise that if he finds a lower price anywhere, the owner will
refund the difference.  He found a lower price at an Appliance Store
sale, but the owner refused to refund because "that must be a floor
model" (it wasn't).
