I was just at the bike trail at Ohiopyle a few weeks ago.  It is very
nice, and extremely flat.  (I am not in tremendous shape, but managed to
bike about 22 miles since is was so flat.)  It may be boring to more
experienced bikers, but it's good for those of us who haven't exercised
much lately.

Fallingwater is indeed still open to the public.  It is worth a few
hours to tour.  I'd bet now is a great time to see it.
