They also go by the name Colorado Integrity Camera. Unlike any other of the mail order firms, they were willing to bargain a bit. Furthermore, they did not insist that the 800 number be used only for orders -- they were willing to resolve complaints on that line as well. Haven't had any recent experience with anyone. If you want local, I suggest the Sq. Hill Fotoshop. They are often willing to bargain though they can't come close to mail order prices. On the other hand, service is much better. I don't like Penn Camera downtwon, but have no hard evidence against them. Wolks is a bit better and often has the best prices in Pgh, but is a bit impersonal. The Media Center in Shadyside varies. Often they are expensive, but sometimes cheap. A limited line, however. I have also dealt with 47th St. Camera in NY. They overcharged me on an order but made a prompt refund when I complained. This seems to be their standard practice -- get away with what they can but make good on any complaints without a fight. If I were to buy a camera today, I would probably only consider Waxman, 47th, Wolks, and Sq. Hill, not sure what order. Rick
