Negative reccomendation:
don't use J RUDY Associates.

I had similar type of problem: loose connection in amplifier. They
charged me up front a service fee of $35, which was supposed to cover
all minor repairs and told me that probably it was going to be a minor
repair, but obviously no guarantee. Later they called me that the repair
will cost $80 dollars. The cost covered: soldering one connection and
tuning up the unit to the manufacturer specifications, as well as $10
for parts - although no parts were going to be replaced. After I wanted
to talk to technician they waived the $10 parts fee (down to $70). I was
suprised that it was classified as a major repair and I was not able to
get from them any example of a minor repair. They refused to solder the
connection without the tune-up, so I had to pay another $35 (in addition
to already paid fee) for the whole service.

Altogether, although people at the front desk sounded friendly it was
not a resaonable price for what I wanted to have done.
