The dentists were: Michael Cushman John Bucci Margaret Horning I only got a response from Michael Cushman. The questions I asked, along with his answers, were: If I pay copying and handling costs, would you be willing to supply copies of my records and lab reports on request? He replied "Yes". If I agree to pay for your time, would you be willing to explain the details of your diagnosis and treatment recommendations? He replied "Yes, You do not need to pay for this!" For a fee, would you be willing to direct me to further reading materials that may help me understand my problems more clearly? He replied "Yes, We do this free of charge! Try us!"
