seemed competent. I chose him because I live out that way, and because
he is in the same building as the Forest Hills Healthamerica Office.

We've been seeing a "HealthAmerica dentist" and we are very pleased.
In the H/A flyer we contacted "Suburban Dental Associates/2708
Brownsville Rd"(Carrick area).  The dentist is Dr. Arthur Green
and we think he's great!

I haven't ever used them, although I do have HealthAmerica insurance
with the CMU dental plan.  I know of at least one dentist who did not
want to be on HealthAmerica's list because of his impression of other
dentists on the list.
