Phil,
   Irwin A. Solow, in the Medical Arts Building on Fifth Avenue in Oakland,
is a reputable allergist.  He managed to figure out my mother's respiratory
and skin problems after twenty years worth of good doctors said that there
was nothing wrong with her.  Dr. Solow has a partnership with two or three
other allergists whose names escape me right now, but he should be in the book.
If you can't find his listing, let me know and I'll dig up the number.
