I've been there twice.  First time was for a major cleaning of my glasses and
was fine, although not the friendliest service.

Second time, I needed a new plastic "wire" that holds in the lens to be put in.
When I pick them up, the lenses have some kind of glue on them which they
didn't bother to wipe off.  Where the "wire" is secured it is too long so that
it creates a gap between the lens and its support.  Also, there is a major
scratch on the lens which they deny making.  Again, they aren't the friendliest
people around either.
