128 N. Craig Street -- (right across from St. Paul's cathedral near 5th)

He takes Health America (providing the standard HA discounts).

He's GREAT.  So are the members of his staff.  They've cured me of my 
fear of dentists and oral surgery!  They're kind, reassuring, 
accommodating, and up-to-date on the latest procedures...check them out.

Oh, and the hours are good, too (evening hours available).  

I am not related to Melnick -- I'm just a happy patient.
