I'm looking for a new general practitioner doctor.

I've previously gone to Dr. James Gleason (offices in Shadyside and
Edgewood) and I've found his bedside manner very cold: he neglects to ask
about the medical condition that I visited him for last time I was in, and
doesn't particularly treat me like a person. Also, his office often seems
to be unable to locate my folder. Apparently, when I only visit them once
every few years, they send my folder off to cold storage somewhere. I don't
recommend Gleason.
