She does not charge for the first (consultation) visit, so it doesn't cost anything to find it out yourself. The address of her office is 5873 Forbes Ave (between Murray and Shady), the phone number: 521-0222. Once she mentioned to me something about free parking, but I never used it myself - I also live in Squirrel Hill. Besides, it's not far to walk from the campus. Marek J. I've had frightening experiences before, but this guy did such a good job I thought I'd advertise for him. The office is right on 5th, and is professional and complete. Dr. Cushman himself is friendly and skilled (does truly painless root canals), AND best of all, will negotiate prices, especially for students.
