For those of you who are looking for a dentist near campus, I highly
recommend

I have been going to him for two years now.  He seems to be very competent
and honest, as well as a nice guy.  He has lots of the latest state-of-the
art equipment.  He is a member of the HealthAmerica plan.

Although I haven't had any work more serious than fillings done, he seems
like somebody I would trust with other problems.  He has several specialists
that come to his office periodically for patients that have problems outside
his domain, e.g. orthodontics.

Last spring he put some "bonding" on one of my teeth because it had chipped.
When he finished, he offered to fix another tooth (this one only for
cosmetic reasons) for free.  Since then, I have gone back twice because I
chipped or broken the bonding, and both times he fixed the problem
cheerfully and free of charge, even when I insisted on paying.

If you go, tell him about this recommendation.  I promised to spread the
word.
