My kids, not known for their love of potential discomfort, are very
enthusiastic about James Wallace, whose office is at 5804 Beacon St.
in Squirrel Hill.  He also handles adults; I just went for the first
time a few days ago to celebrate a pay hike, and thought he seemed
ok.  He's expensive, though -- $37 for a regular checkup, with any
needed work done on a second visit at a separate price.
