I would certainly recommend Dr. Steven Miller in the offices of Davis & Miller
at 3400 Fifth Avenue (across from Carlow College).  I found the folks there to
be considerate, friendly, and very thorough.  They are willing to discuss every
aspect of your treatment and make every attempt to ensure that you are
satisfied.  I felt virtually no pain, so if that is a consideration this place
is a good bet.  Their number is 681-7171 (or 682-1181).

I went on the recommendations from Ousterhout, Scelza, Schwans, etc.  and I'm
happy to add my name to the list.

If you do go, mention where you got this recommendation and they will probably
reward you with a smile.
