Dave,

Sorry to hear about your tooth.  Nikki had all four of her wisdom teeth (two
impacted) removed at once by Dr.  Harold Zubrow and the whole thing went
very well.  She was most impressed with his skill, manner, and the results
of the surgery.  "He's painless.  Absolutely, positively the best!"

(As you can see she didn't care for him too much!)
