He is very pleasant and seems to be on top of research findings regarding my illness. He seemed genuinely concerned for his patients. I had several independent recommendations for him including from one of the professors in our department as well as my office mate (I believe my office mate's wife, who is a pediatric cardiologist, directed him to Kisloff.) Kisloff is on Craig, just off of Forbes which is very convenient for CMU people; very easy walking distance. He has been my Dad's gastroenterologist for quite some time, and recently mine. In both my and my dad's case, he caught very serious problems with a minimum of tests and discomfort. He is really nice, and very conservative. The only problem is, if you don't have a car, it could be a problem getting to see him. He is up in Butler county (about an hour north of Pittsburgh).
