Stay away from Dennis Hurwitz, plastic surgeon.  I had a
minor followup procedure to jaw surgery performed by him,
and (as far as I can tell now) he fucked up.  He didn't
do exactly what we agreed he would do, he spent virtually
no time planning the procedure, he described side-effects
which were not nearly as serious as the ones I experienced,
he didn't submit the insurance claim for months after the
procedure, and, in general, he's an asshole.

I went to this guy instead of someone I knew for sure was
a qualified surgeon (Dr Stephen Kaltman) because Hurwitz
has his own operating room, and I could avoid the hospital
OR costs.  Big mistake.
