I'm not putting information about any information about real-estate agencies in
the Guide, since nearly all of the information would have been negative (i.e.,
if almost all of them are bad, why even mention them). I do make a note that
Norma Shaw in the Housing Office has a list of such companies, and removes names
from the list when she receives complaints. I see that you cc'ed bovik; you
should also make a hardcopy of your message and give it to Ms. Shaw.

p.s. to Harry: Add a note under your apartments classification saying what I
just said about the Housing Office's list, and that people should also give her
a copy of the complaints. Unfortunately, the Housing Office isn't on Andrew, so
we can't just cc them to her.
