The ultimate in soft-sell real-estate agents is Mary DiFrancesco of Kelly-Wood,
621-2741 home and 441-2600 ofc.  She was willing to show my apartment for a
month without a contract, and seems to know real estate a lot better than the
average agent I've worked with.  She should--she's been in the biz for 25 years.
