This is a plug for the "student contractors", who worked for us last
month (February 1995).

        We contracted with them for repairs to our old house: to clean
and concrete extensive cracked basement floor areas and an earth floor
basement room, to seal and paint the basement walls and floor, and to
do some drywall and formica work upstairs.

        All work was done in an amazing week and a half, very well and
very economically.  Our basement is better than new.
