He gave us a LOT of information tonight at the consultation appointment...made a special evening appt for us (he came back into the office after he voted). He was very accommodating and down to earth. He was recommended to me by two other CMUers who've dealt with him for other (including real-estate) types of legal issues. I recommend him as well...and get his opinion BEFORE you sign the AUthorization of Sale (P&S) agreement on a house. He can offer more information for you and provide added protection. Barbara
