Subject: Real estate recommendstion

I would like to recommend a real estate agent and a construction company.

The agent's name is Peter Gordon; he works for Lhormer Real Estate. He sold us
our condo unit, and he has been extremely cooperative. He is just right for
you if you like the non-pushy type: he'll give you all the time you want to
take a good look around, and he's been really cooperative in helping us with
questions and other things. He suggested someone for floor covering that we
have been really happy with (Molyneaux Tile and Carpet, from Verona, PA).

The constructor's name is Bill Fagen; he works mostly in the Shadyside area.
He seems to have a good reputation, and we have been quite happy with him
too. He's always been quick to respond to questions and little problems, and
in general I think he's done quite a nice job.
