In: case your landlord doesn't fulfill parts of the lease, one of the 
alternatives: you might think of is to hold back your rent. This is possible if you set up an escrow account. Most banks will do that for you. The money is 
held: by the bank pending the solution of the problem between you and your 
landlord.: You must check all angles before you do this. I haven't tried it yet myself and will inform when I know better.
