After a recommendation from Alessandro Forin, my wife and I worked
with Jenifer Anzenberger (421-9120 office) of the Howard Hanna office
in Squirrel Hill to buy a house.  We were rather difficult customers
(basically because of contradictory preferences and pure indecision),
but Jenifer never lost patience with us.  Finally after 6 months or so
of looking we bought a house on Monitor St.

I have high regard for Jenifer and recommend her to anyone buying or
selling.  She is very active and not pushy.  She specializes in the
East End (Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, Swissvale, Edgewood, etc.) but she
also happily showed us houses elsewhere.

I note above that Dave Redish also has a high regard for her.  I
calculate that she has by now sold houses to five CMU CS people.
