I've had Chuck Roof both install new 150 amp
service at my home, and also rewire most of
it, putting in new plugs and lights.  Chuck's
an extremely hard worker, and gets it done 
quickly and neatly.  The inspector liked
the work also.  He's just recently quit the
company he worked for and struck out on his
own, which makes his fees pretty competitive
(at least for now).   One word of caution,
he's not a business man, so its worth being
a pain in the *ss, up front, and tell him
you want a not-to-exceed written estimate
of the work to be done.  I'm sure he'd have
no problem w/ this, but I doubt he'd suggest
it.
