This message was not solicited, but I recently bought a house through
Sandy DeTemple of Merrill-Lynch Realty.  She did a super job of helping
us find a place, helping us get it inspected, keeping after the seller
to make repairs, turn on the gas, etc. before the closing, and
negotiating for a low price at the closing (I think she saved us a bundle).
Her office phone is 521-5500; Merrill-Lynch is at the corner of Forbes and
