Avoid at all costs a person or persons by the name of Mistick.  I could fill
up a couple pages of horror stories of general, consistent incompetence,
carelessness, low quality work etc.  Suffice it to say that after two years
he has not been paid for the work.  I agreed on a time-and-materials basis
for billing, and he refused to submit a time-and-materials bill, insisting
on $580 in payment.  I may well owe him that much, but without an itemized
bill I refuse to pay.  Since he has not bothered me in about a year, and
has not put a lien on the house, I presume that he has written this off as
a bad idea (I had my attorney threaten his attorney and the matter seems to
have been dropped).
