The sales people and warehouse workers were quite helpfull. Guarantees, quality and price are as good or better than the other places I visited (Virgin and 40 Winks). I was warned to avoid Heads Together. Be sure to inspect everything you buy before you leave the warehouse. I didn't and it cost me an extra trip to replace a piece of the frame which was not finished right. There was no hassle about the exchange. Eventually, we had a problem with a leaking seam, and they replaced the mattress on warranty at no charge to us, and without a hassle. We haven't had a great deal of experience with them, but we haven't had any problems either.
