We weren't able to work things out and so I thought I'd make a note of what happened. Apparently, Janet is no longer in the business of cleaning houses but contracts other people to clean for her. It took her almost one month to set up someone to clean our place. We left the money and key for the person who was to clean our house on the appointed day but came back to find that nothing had happened. When we called Ms. Ignatz she apologized that the woman she had contracted to clean entered the house and then changed her mind about cleaning the place. She didn't take the money so this was not an issue but we felt rather let down after having waited a month. Ms. Ignatz said that she would get back to us but another month has gone by and there has been no contact. -Sanjiv
