I had a pretty good experience with Mike Jones Floor Company.  They
sand, stain, and put two coats of polyurethane on my oak floors, and
they look beautiful.  Work was started on schedule, done on time,
and cost as much as they said it would.  My only complaint was
on a repair they did, where the wood they put in didn't really
match the oak already there.  But I would definitely recommend them
for the refinishing.
