Only about 2% of all calls have trouble getting connected, but the lines are always noisier than Ma Bell (although the standard deviation is enough that you can usually get another line by calling again which will suffice). About 10% of the time the line is too noisy to use, but this may be a function of distance (I call about 1600 miles). I'd say that MCI is a good deal, because it costs about 5/8 as much as regular phone service. Remember that if you do get it, it's cheaper even than the WATS line from school. Fuzzy. (mauldin@a)
