We recently had some work done on our ceramic tile roof.

After trying to get a number of contractors to look at it
(and failing in many cases) we finally had Ed Shook Jr.
Roofing Contractors who brought in the highest bid for
replacing the cracked tiles and flashing. One other contractor
suggested that the flashing was fine even though we could see
gaping holes in it!

We went with the Ed Shook bid and are delighted with their
work. They came close to the date that we had agreed, performed
the repairs and cleared up after themselves. A few days later,
we were contacted and asked for the payment and we pointed out that
we could see one tile that was obviously in need of repair and
that we felt that it should be fixed.

We also agreed a date for the salesman to visit us to collect
payment. When he arrived we again mentioned the cracked tile
and he stated that so far as he was aware it had been fixed.
It had!!!

So, although they were a bit more expensive than their nearest
rival bidder, they were competent and responsive. I strongly
recommend them.
