Operational Consulting Services is a company run by a really competent guy
named Tom DeMars 831-0465.  He knows about everything to do with plumbing,
landscaping (as it pertains to water leakage problems), furnaces and so on.
Certain problems he repairs himself, others he refers to contractors whom he
trusts.  He gives excellent advice for reasonable prices.
