I have been using Dennis Carr (466-8976) to maintain my furnace and air
conditioner and I am very happy with the results. Dennis inspected the
furnace in my house before I bought it and he was very thorough and
honest. Since then I've used him to check and correct any problem that
came up with heating and ac in my house and his service is great.

When the power to the furnace when out in December, Dennis came out on
a Sunday to fix it and did not charge me extra for working on the
weekend. He is also good a figuring out low cost solutions to the
problems he may find.

I also have a dis-recommendation for M. Fava & Son. One time Dennis was
unable to come out to my house and I picked M. Fava from the phone
book. The service person came out, looked at my furnace and after a 2
min inspection said that he could not do much with the furnace this
old and for my safety I should replace it. With that he charged me for
the service call and left. When Dennis came out, he inspected the
furnace again (a 30 min job that involved pulling out burners and
inspecting them) and fixed the problem. The furnace has been operating
with no problems for the past year.
