They were slow, late, mildly unfriendly, and didn't seem to know what they were doing -- it took almost two hours for them to re-key one of my deadbolts. They install overpriced junky deadbolts, one of which broke within a month. They repaired it for free that time, but it broke again before a year was up. They only warrantee their locks & service for 1 month. For: Ace Lock 363-3328 5694 Baum Boulevard Pgh, PA 15206 I used them this morning. They were on time, quick, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and polite. One year warrantee on locks and service. They install much better deadbolts at the same price as Three Rivers. Ari
