Subject: Good Carpenter/Plumber

I have recently had Jim Kassouf (481-7714) do some remodeling
work for me and have been very pleased with it.  Jim is a
reliable guy, very even tempered (as compared to some others
I have run into in the past) and is very reasonable.  I had 4
bids for the job.  The highest was $2500. Jim did the work for
$725.  The job involved removing old kitchen cabinets, replacing
with new cabinets, installing a dishwasher and installing a vinyl
floor.  He says that he does all kinds of remodeling except for
electrical work.  I definitely plan on using him in the future.
