I had set up Gary Miller from Presidential chimney cleaning to
do some work on our chimney.  He seemed to know what he was
doing and his prices were reasonable.  However, a day before he was
supposed to show up, he hurt himself and is out of commision for 
about the following year.  I called many other chimney cleaners and
finally got Boo Bears cleaning to do the work.  Their prices seem
a little high but they seemed to be quite knowledgeable.  In the end
I was satisfied.  They were pretty reliable about coming on the day/time
we set up.
