Hi Harry:

	Today I had Conrad Krol of Krol Safe and Lock come by my house to
repair the locks and door mechanisms on three doors and on my garage door.
I was very impressed with his careful, thorough work and his attention to
both esthetic and functional detail.  He's also a very reasonable person who
"invests" in his customers.  We made a 9am appointment for today, but he
forgot about it and didn't show up until about 11:30, after I called.
Besides apologizing for his mistake, he charged me half price (!) for parts
and labor for the entire job.  I thought that this was very generous and
reflects a very professional attitude that is evident in his work.
