Management companies are all going to have thier pros and cons. I
personally have not had trouble with Lobos. I call them and they
arrive. They've fixed things in my apartment before I even reported
them as broken. They've come twice in a row because I forgot to mention
problems on the first trip. They have raised thier prices but so have
many apartments in the area. I think it depends on which building you
live in. They've kept up security by changing locks... they just
repainted, they replaced the washer and dryer when the other ones were
vandalized.

I'm not saying they're perfect, but please realize your opinions affect
quite alot of potential and current renters and there are several
builings. Perhaps some are kept up better than others.

Sara Wilson
happy renter.
