Try Glen Vernon; he evaluates homes for propective buyers.  He is also a
general contractor.  He just began doing this sort of evaluation about 6
months ago; so he does it at less-than-the-going-rate in order to build
his business.  I don't have his business number, but I called information
and got a number for "Vernon Contracting" which has the correct first
three digits for his office location; the number is 885-1133.  His home
phone number is 885-3431; but I'm sure that he'd prefer people call his
business number if at all possible.
