Harry,
	when we bought our house last year we were determined to achieve the
re-emergence of grass on our front "lawn".  Unfortunately we decided to indulge
in that grass of grasses "Zoysia".  A major mistake, which, as their ad's will
tell you, was luckily not an excessively expensive one. It pretty much all died
off, despite a great deal of care.

	This Spring I removed the top inch of crap from the same lawn area and
purchased some rugged-looking sod from Sestili's in Oakland.  They delivered
the same day.  It was trivial to place.  What's more, it's doing very well..
.. now I have to cut it!  [About $2.50 a square yard I believe.]
