Subject: House painter.

Ernest Tyree, 672-1733, painted the exterior woodwork on our house.
He gave by far the lowest quote *and* gave me the option of buying the
paint.  (It turned out he could get the paint for less, so he did and
gave me the receipts.)  Started when he said he would and finished on
schedule.  He was heavily recommended by a number of people in GSIA.
He's about to start on my neighbour's house.
