I haven't used them so I don't know how good the service is. [note from Barbara White: This organization no longer service the Pittsburgh area.] I bought two mattresses from Sleepwell in Monroeville (about a mile past the mall on the left on business 22). They stock Anerican Chiropractor (something like that) which have so far been great. They deliver promptly and on time. THeir employees are polite and careful. The first mattress they delivered had a fault. They left it with us until a new one arrived, About ten days later they delivered a new (faultless) mattress and took the old one away. Excellent service in every respect. The manager (Mark) is quite willing to lower the price if you ask, especially on the more expensive models. I have no connection to Sleepwell other than as a satisfied customer. Hope that this helps. There are stores all over the place, but we bought ours at the one on McKnight Rd. The best price we could find on our model anywhere was $600 including frame and delivery, so I invoked the Mattress Dept's price matching policy and they sold us our mattress for $529 including frame & delivery. This also included 90 days same as cash (nice for us since we have all kinds of wedding expenses right now). We bought there mainly because of price, and they had what we wanted. If you have any specific questions, I would be glad to answer them.
