Kim Bell
644-2402

She works with Sears Mortgage and PNC. Kim worked with me
for a couple of months before we had even found a house that
interested us. She generated numbers/mortgage
rates/different packages for about 4-6 weeks, sometimes a few
times a day when I asked her to.

One of the best things about Kim is that she's very low
pressure. She never pestered or nagged me. She let things
slide along the way I wanted them to yet I don't think more
than 2 hours EVER went by before she returned my phone calls.
And when she did return calls, she had information for me...
We never played phone tag either.

And when our P&S was signed, she met with me the same day,
which happened to be a Sunday. The meeting was about 90
minutes long and she didn't mind at all that it ate into her
weekend. Since then, she's been very reassuring and even
managed to save us a few hundred dollars on the title search.
PLUS, she's expediting things to try to get us into the house
by the end of November (rather than the end of December).

So, if you're shopping around for a loan officer, I'd
recommend her. We've been very happy with her work and her
cooperation/patience.
